Troy Brown

Troy Brown is partner and executive director of consulting at AndCo. He works with a wide variety of client types, providing assistance with investment policy design, strategic asset allocation, manager structure implementation and performance measurement. Brown was recently named in the top ten of the world’s most influential investment consultants by Chief Investment Officer magazine. He brings 32 years of institutional investment experience to AndCo Consulting. Prior to joining AndCo, Brown worked with Merrill Lynch Consulting Services, where he served as a primary consultant for various institutional clients and designed client deliverables for asset allocation and performance measurement. He also worked with Kemper Securities in their consulting services division as a senior analyst. He is a CFA® Charterholder and holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
