Tim Connor, FSA, EA, MAAA

Timothy Connor is a consulting actuary in the Little Falls, New Jersey office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2002. Connor is a pension actuary with over 25 years of experience focused on multiemployer defined benefit (DB) plans. He’s worked on several of the largest multiemployer DB plans in the country. Connor is an expert in multiemployer DB funding issues and withdrawal liability methods and calculations. Connor is currently the primary author of Milliman’s Multiemployer Pension Funding Study, which reports on the aggregate funded status of all U.S. multiemployer DB plans and is published twice each year. He has worked on various projects involving actuarial valuations, projections, bargaining support, variable benefit plan design, funding policies and day-to-day compliance issues. Connor is a fellow in the Society of Actuaries, an enrolled actuary and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He holds a B.S. degree in statistics and biometry from Cornell University.
