Andrew Staab
Andrew E. Staab is currently vice president and senior corporate counsel for U.S. Bank National Association, advising its Institutional Trust and Custody business line. Previously, he was the training center director for the Minnesota and North Dakota Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Journeyman and Apprentice Training Trust Fund. He is also a licensed attorney with over 30 years of experience providing litigation and administrative support for various Taft-Hartley fringe benefit funds. Staab specializes in ERISA, employee benefit plans, debtor-creditor, bankruptcy and general civil litigation. He also served as an instructor in business law and credit law at the National Association of Credit Management, North Central region. Staab was a member of the International Foundation Financial Education/Retirement Security Expert Panel. He previously served on the IFEBP Professionals Committee and the Training and Education Committee. Staab received his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law and B.A. and M.A. degrees from Indiana University. He is a Fellow in the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and he is also serving as a trustee of the Wisconsin Education Association health insurance trust.
