Aubrey Rhodes Ph.D. Candidate

Ms. Rhodes is a clinical psychology consultant for Atalan Tech, a mission-driven startup that uses machine learning to predict and prevent clinician burnout and turnover at health systems. She is also a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate in the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program at Arizona State University. Her research focuses on developing, evaluating, and implementing interventions for parents to promote the resilience of children and families experiencing major life stressors, including divorce and parental death. At Atalan, she is responsible for developing methods for assessing physician burnout and quitting as well as workplace drivers of turnover. She also identifies solutions to empower leaders to promote physician well-being.
