Jennifer Perlitch RPh

Jennifer Perlitch, RPh, is the assistant vice president–pharmacy of Spring Consulting Group, LLC. She is an accomplished clinical pharmacist with 30 years of experience. Jennifer serves as a subject matter expert and is highly focused on analyzing pharmacy spend and trend and using these prescribing patterns to identify significant outliers— thus optimizing the use of medications to support clinical goals. She has extensive knowledge in value-based contracts and works closely with internal and external stakeholders on the strategy, design, and implementation of programs and initiatives to ensure optimal performance in commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid populations. Prior to working with Spring, Jennifer served as a clinical pharmacist and population health leader at Beth Israel Lahey Health. There, she focused on optimizing medications, analyzing prescribing patterns, and leading various population health initiatives that met or exceeded HEDIS targets. She also created and served as the Rising Risk Disease Management program manager, where she specialized in patients living with chronic disease and the intersection and interdependency of medications and wellness. Prior, Jennifer had worked for over 15 years in various roles at CVS Health. There, she played an active role in training future leaders, directing pilots to evaluate clinical and operational programs prior to company rollout, and partnering with managed care organizations on population-health-based initiatives. Jennifer graduated from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with a bachelor of science degree in pharmacy. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration at Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts.
