Amanda O’Connell R.N., B.S.N., ADAC

Amanda O’Connell is a registered nurse who works as an occupational health consultant in health services at the Mutual of Omaha insurance company. Amanda graduated with honors from Hastings College with a bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry and went on to earn her nursing degree from Creighton University. Through her previous roles as an inpatient nurse and a quality coordinator, she gained years of experience working with healthcare administration in a variety of settings, including critical care, quality improvement, and hospital regulatory compliance. At Mutual of Omaha, O’Connell maintains a working knowledge of FMLA and ADAAA regulations and provides timely administration of benefits. Amanda is a certified ADA Coordinator, which highlights her mastery-level understanding and application of the ADA interactive process.
