Alicia Mohn JD

Alicia R. Mohn is director of regulatory services at Empower. Mohn has previously held positions at OneAmerica and BMO Harris Financial as well as in private practice, specializing in employee benefits issues related to single and multiemployer retirement plans and health plans. She has written and presented on a variety of employee benefit plan topics and is an author of the 401(k) Answer Book. Mohn holds a B.A. degree in business management from Luther College and a J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law.
