Jennifer Mink

Jennifer Mink is a senior consultant and senior partner at Investment Performance Services, LLC, an independent investment consulting firm that provides investment advice to Taft-Hartley benefit plans and public funds throughout the United States. She is responsible for client relationships and marketing efforts across the country and works on all aspects of client funds including investment policy design, asset allocation strategies, performance reporting, compliance monitoring and investment manager searches. With over 25 years of investment experience, Ms. Mink embraces best industry practices in governance, ethics and professionalism and is a member of the IPS Investment Committee, helping to formulate strategic policy for the firm. Committed to trustee education, she was a contributing author to the Investment Policy Guidebook for Trustees (fifth edition), published by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. She has also had articles published in Benefits Magazine regarding fiduciary responsibility, asset allocation, rebalancing, market timing and investment manager oversight. A frequent speaker at educational conferences, Ms. Mink serves as a board advisor to the National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS) and is a member of the Investment Management Committee of the International Foundation. She earned a B.S. degree from North Carolina State University and an M.B.A. degree from Rider University.
