Martha M. Henrickson, CEBS

Martha M. Henrickson is an attorney with Management Guidance, LLP, a law office in St. Paul, Minnesota. She specializes in labor relations and the administration of contractor trade associations that engage in multiemployer or coordinated bargaining and which have trustee appointment authority. She has more than 20 years of experience in labor relations, human resources, association management, Taft-Hartley trusteeship and trustee appointment, and workforce development efforts. Henrickson is also an employer trustee on more than 20 Taft-Hartley funds, including retirement, health and welfare, and apprenticeship. She is also a professional trustee on several funds. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, and she is Chair of the Trustees Committee. Henrickson has previously held positions with Mortenson Construction, the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Minnesota and the Minneapolis National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). She holds a B.A. in human resource management and an M.A. in management. Henrickson earned her J.D. , magna cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she also earned a certificate in conflict resolution and theory.
