Lindsay Fuhrman

Lindsay Fuhrman is a Director of Population Health Management for
World Insurance. In her role, Lindsay is responsible for bringing clients
strategic health and wellness solutions that empower their employees
to improve their health. She assesses data and collaborates
with clients to determine the right solutions, vendor tools, resources,
and communications to engage with their employees and help drive
down costs. She monitors the impact of solutions, adjusting when
needed. Lindsay has more than 15 years of experience in population
health management. Her consulting expertise was instrumental across
a wide range of initiatives, from executing innovative approaches and
best practices, to transforming well-being and care programs for clients.
Her specialty is consulting with clients to build best-in-class
health and well-being programs tailored to her clients’ needs. Prior to
joining World, Lindsay was part of the Delta Airlines Well-Being Team.
She spearheaded the implementation of population health strategies
and identified opportunities to promote engagement and clinical value
to their 80,000 employees. During this time, she built a team of on-site
well-being specialists which included registered dietitians and health
promotion specialists. She also developed strategic initiatives for
three new fitness centers and managed the opening and operations.
Previously, Lindsay was the Population Health Program Manager at
Optum, providing health management consulting to clients in the areas
of vendor programming, analytics, incentive design, and care improvement
opportunities. She assessed data and successfully
implemented market-specific strategic solutions based on clients’
needs and the health of their employees. Lindsay has a bachelor of
science degree in community health from St. Cloud University in Minnesota.
