Paula Krupa CEBS Compliant

Ms. Krupa has over 25 years of employee benefits experience including strategic development, compliance, plan design, implementation, consulting, communication, administration, and outsourcing. Ms. Krupa is responsible for health, welfare and retirement benefit programs covering global employees. Prior to joining Vialto Partners, she held similar positions at Archer Daniels Midland, Roper Technologies Inc., and Siemens Medical Solutions. She started her career in retirement consulting and recordkeeping working for Coopers & Lybrand, Mercer, Miller, Mason and Dickenson, and Vanguard. Ms. Krupa attained her CEBS designation in 1998 and is a licensed health and life agent (FL). She held leadership roles for the Tampa and Greater Philadelphica Chapters of ISCEBS. Paula currently serves as a member of the International Foundation’s Mental Health and Addictions Expert Panel, served on the Foundation’s Corporate Board from 2016-2020, and is a frequent speaker on Employee Benefits. Ms. Krupa earned an M.S. degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a B.S. degree in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College.
