Jison Kim

Jison Kim is a director with the WTW Global Services and Solutions group based in Chicago, Illinois. She has 15 years of experience in employee benefits consulting in Asia and the United States. Kim manages global actuarial valuations for multinational companies as well as advises on managing global benefits. She also has experience around mergers and acquisitions to help employers with due diligence and post-merger integration. Kim’s past roles included assisting employers in Korea on pension plan designs, financial analysis and pension accounting valuations as well as health and benefits. She conducted many employee communication sessions in pension and benefits change. Kim also worked on a human resource governance frame for Korean multinational companies before transferring to Chicago. She received her bachelor of arts degree in actuarial science from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
