Jon Caniglia

Jon Caniglia is a senior business development manager in Milliman

Omaha’s employee benefits health and welfare practice. Prior to joining

Milliman in 2018, Caniglia had five years of experience in the

health care space on the provider side. He worked with many of the

nation’s top health systems to study their populations and make informed

strategic planning and marketing decisions in areas such as

mergers and acquisitions, ad campaigns and site selection. In his current

position, Caniglia specializes in setting up, developing and managing

relationships with agencies and other employee benefits

companies; delivering on new revenue targets based on market demand

and opportunities; assessing marketplace needs to ensure Milliman’s

consulting is valuable and applicable to its clients, especially in

light of health care reform; and more. He earned his B.S. degree in

marketing and economics at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
