Tommaso Iannucci M.B.A.

Tom Iannucci is Vice-President, Governance and Strategy at the Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology (CAAT) Pension Plan in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to joining the CAAT Pension Plan in 2021, he was President of Cortex Applied Research, a firm providing governance-related advisory services to institutional investors across North America. Throughout his career, Iannucci has devoted his efforts to enhancing governance and board effectiveness, strategic planning and board education across the United States and Canada. Iannucci is a regular speaker at conferences across North America and has co-written various papers on board governance. He has served as a volunteer board member for the Integrative Management Challenge, an undergraduate business program at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Iannucci is a founding member of the Master of Trust Management Standards instruction team for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. He holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. degree from York University in Toronto.
