Kellee K. Grimes B.S.N., M.B.A., R. N., ADAC

Ms. Grimes is a registered nurse and certified ADA Coordinator working as the manager of health services at Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. At Mutual of Omaha, she provides oversight for all health service functions, including integrated employee disability case management, FMLA administration, ADAAA administration, workers’ compensations, ergonomics, wellness programming and on-site clinic offerings. Ms. Grimes’ previous experiences as an inpatient nursing coordinator equipped her with years of experience in health care administration in a variety of settings, including critical care, quality improvement, hospital compliance and health promotion. Her team is committed to providing value-added services that meet all regulatory and compliance requirements. Ms. Grimes’ goal is to support a corporate culture of health, wellness and inclusivity. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, she obtained the ADA Coordinator designation through the University of Missouri and completed her M.B.A. degree with an emphasis in healthcare administration at Creighton University.
