Kevin Culp EA, FSA, MAAA

Kevin Culp is a consulting actuary in the Silver Spring, Maryland office of Horizon Actuarial Services. He has over 20 years of experience consulting with clients regarding the funding and administration of qualified retirement plans. Culp’s experience includes actuarial projections, benefit suspensions under MPRA, plan design, the development of funding improvement plans and rehabilitation plans under the Pension Protection Act of 2006, and postretirement health and welfare valuations. He has worked with funds of all sizes in a variety of industries. Culp is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an enrolled actuary under ERISA and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He is a graduate of Westminster College, holding a B.S. degree in mathematics.
