Beth Ratliff

Beth Ratliff serves as chief operating officer for Premise Health. Ratliff

oversees enterprise integration of business processes, technology and

clinical service delivery to drive enhanced experience, effectiveness

and efficiency. Her expertise includes lean health care, clinical application

delivery, product management and clinical quality. Her 20+ years

of experience in the health care field features 14 years of experience

with multi-site operations, including the onsite delivery of primary

care, occupational health, pharmacy and rehabilitation services to

some of the country’s largest employers. Ratliff is a Nashville Health

Care Council Fellow and a member of the Fellows Alumni Advisory

Board. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in physical therapy from

University of Louisville and a master of business administration degree

from Indiana Wesleyan University.
