Dana Baker M.B.A.
Dana Baker is the director for the Mayo Clinic Complex Care Program, a customizable centers of excellence offering that provides access to Mayo Clinic’s high-quality, cost-effective care for individuals with complex, rare or undiagnosed medical conditions. She is passionate about collaborating with employers, payers, third-party administrators and navigation companies to increase the overall benefits value and care an organization brings to its employees. Baker came to Mayo Clinic in 2000. Prior to joining her current team, she worked in the Mayo Clinic benefits department, focusing on health plan design, narrow networks, retirement medical and pension plans, and employee education. Baker has a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University and a master of business administration degree from Northcentral University.
