Sharon Andrus

Sharon Andrus is AVP, Product Management for The Hartford’s PFML products. She brings over 30 years of experience in group benefits and absence management within The Hartford and from two other national players, including disability, paid and unpaid leave claim best practices, thought leadership, implementation, and account management. Sharon is responsible for carrying out The Hartford’s strategic vision as it relates to the expanding employee benefits market around paid leave. She is responsible for strategy development, value proposition, product offering, thought leadership, and the end-to-end customer experience for employers and participants.
